The Fortis Micro Adjustable Rear Rest is the modern embodiment of the precision shooting rear rest.
 Designed and manufactured in the UK by Alacritas Innovations , it represents a radically new alternative to traditional backpacks.

 With its technical chassis made of acetal copolymer , its modular design and its instant micrometric adjustment, the Fortis combines rigidity, fluidity and ergonomics at a level rarely achieved.
 Designed to meet the requirements of sport shooting and precision disciplines (F-Class, Benchrest, TLD… or zeroing, adjustment…), it allows you to replace a whole set of shooting bags with a single compact and adjustable system , guaranteeing constant stability on all terrains.
 160% lighter than a classic back bag, the Fortis is easy to carry and folds up for minimal bulk.

 DESIGN
 The Fortis is based on a hybrid structure combining acetal copolymer and aluminium, offering excellent resistance to UV, abrasion and impacts.
 Its wide and rigid base (approximately 150 mm) ensures a perfect seat, even on uneven surfaces, while the non-slip textured feet eliminate any unwanted movement.
 The main adjustment is made via two articulated arms (range of 90 to 160 mm floor/base), while the central micrometric system (“mariner's wheel”) offers a fine adjustment of 10 mm for ultra-precise height corrections.
 The modular Velcro side “ears” allow the width to be adjusted to the stock, from 18 to 25 mm as needed, and can be replaced or customized.
 The upper plate is covered with an anti-friction fabric preventing metal-on-metal friction between the stock and the plate.

 USE
 The Fortis can be placed on any stable and flat surface.
 The height adjustment is first made using the side arms to obtain the desired position, then finalized with the micrometric dial.
 Once in place, the system offers exemplary stability: it does not absorb recoil , it does not bounce.
 The mechanism folds up in seconds for transport.
