The new Bag Rider Fortis is designed to complement the Fortis backrest and is adapted to fit bags on both fixed cradle and bag versions.
 The bag rider has a diameter of 25 mm. It attaches to a rifle's Picatinny rail and can be easily connected or removed.

 The bag rider is made of low-friction acetal and polished to a 1000-grit finish.
 Because the rider is cylindrical, it has three points of contact: one on each side bag and one on the base. This results in better tracking, without the risk of dirt getting into the rest.

 The picatinny mount on the rider can also serve as a stop in the Fortis rear rests, allowing uniformity in the placement of the rifle and therefore consistency in shots.
